Emily leads RevGen’s People Strategy. She fosters a culture of participation, emphasizing inclusion and collaboration to drive business value.

With more than 20 years in professional services firm operations, Emily has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. Prior to her current role, she was a global human resources leader and business partner to Hitachi Consulting’s leadership team.

Emily’s passion for people extends beyond the workplace to non-profit organizations focused on developing women and children. She has held several board positions, regularly serves as a volunteer and is a long-standing advocate and fund raiser for the Women’s Bean Project.

Emily is an avid and life-long skier and enjoys sharing her zeal for the sport and her sense of adventure with her husband and two sons.
