In celebration of RevGen’s 15th Anniversary, RevGen Partners took a few hours away from serving clients to serve the community. With 70 team members participating in the day of service, our goal was to contribute 150 volunteer hours to various non-profit programs, and we exceeded our expectations with almost 200 hours!
Fifteen years together is an achievement few companies will ever see. It’s a testament to the incredible team that comprises this firm who made this accomplishment possible. We have continued to prove our strength as a firm is not just the technological and business consulting services we provide, but the lasting impact we can have on our clients and as a staple in our community.
Our values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, and Enjoyment are twined into RevGen’s DNA, so it only seemed fitting to celebrate our milestone with an afternoon of giving locally, virtually, and independently.
Much of our principle of stewardship is exhibited through our RevGenerosity program. The goal of RevGenerosity is to support our communities through our time, talents, and financial resources. On March 1st, we did just that by gathering as a firm to lend our time and talents to our local partners Urban Peak, A Precious Child, There With Care, BookGive, DPS Foundation, CareerVillage.org, and several other organizations.
“It was great to see a real book donation center in action. It’s amazing how much one person can accomplish with the right support and to consider how many schools, tiny libraries, nursing homes, and the unhoused are served by even just one small facility. I will look for opportunities to help in the future.” – David Pratt, RevGenerosity Volunteer
The aim of this afternoon was to celebrate in a meaningful way that was impactful for both our employees and the community that has supported us all these years. This was a chance for members of our firm to work with some non-profit organizations they had never known existed. It was so rewarding to see the influence not only they had as volunteers, but that the organization had on them, as well.
“[Volunteering] showed another side of Denver I hadn’t seen before and made me feel so much closer to my local community and coworkers. Besides getting to see some of my favorite people in person, it brought back so many memories as I ran across books I read years ago, and putting those into the boxes that will be opened by the organizations who will adore those books as much as I did gave me a connected feeling to volunteering I haven’t quite felt before.” – Mark Gordan, RevGenerosity Volunteer
The day of service was a great reminder of where we came from and where we are looking to go in the next 15 years. Reflecting on the years past, we can’t help but express our gratitude for all we have learned from our community and clients. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue to lean into the principles we were founded on and will continue striving to positively impact others.
As we begin our move to our new offices in downtown Denver next month, we are excited to root ourselves even deeper in our community and support those that have given us so much. We hope you will join us celebrate this exciting year ahead and all the years that will follow.
