RevGen is Proud to Be Great Place to Work Certified

We have been awarded the official Great Place To Work Certification for 2024

RevGeners gather for a photo at a happy hour celebrating being Great Place to Work Certified

It’s official! Thanks to our people, we’re proud to have been Great Place to Work Certified.  This year, 94% of our employees said, “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”

According to Emily Sims, VP of People, “we chose the Great Place to Work framework because of its alignment with our values and its foundation in research and data to help us be a great place to work for all. While we certainly identified opportunities for improvement, it is so exciting and validating to receive high scores from our employees across all demographics.”

The ability to work with a multitude of people from project to project rather than being assigned to one team or department. There are a lot of opportunities for training (such as LinkedIn Learning and certifications), and there is reimbursement and bonuses for certification programs. Everyone has fun here too, and the company is very invested in the communities they serve. – Senior Consultant

We scored very highly on a number of categories that reflect not just on the work we do, but the culture we strive to embody as an organization:

  • 100%: I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.
  • 99%: People here are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation.
  • 99%: Our customers would rate the service we deliver as “excellent”.
  • 98%: People here are treated fairly, regardless of their race.

The culture is unlike any other I have ever experienced, incredibly inclusive and accommodating

I do believe that our leadership cares about its employees. I’ve worked for a lot of companies in my career, and I can say that though every exec says they care, RevGen leadership is the first I’ve worked for that I believe really believe it and show it. – Architect

“We are thrilled to become a Certified Great Place to Work as we consider employee experience a top priority every day,” said CEO Kirk Mielenz.  “I am particularly proud of the very positive responses we received for a number of statements that reflect our commitment to living our values and our why: we believe in empowering people – employees, clients, and those within our communities – so we may all aspire to be more.

“It’s a true honor to work with people who care so much about one another, our clients, and our community. As we define our value of Enjoyment: Our passion and optimism show in everything we do. We embrace the opportunity to be a part of a positive, supportive culture. This certification acknowledges that we are doing so much right to create that positive, supportive culture and we will continue to strive to meet that commitment every day.”
