It’s official! Thanks to our people, we’re proud to have been Great Place to Work Certified. This year, 94% of our employees said, “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
According to Emily Sims, VP of People, “we chose the Great Place to Work framework because of its alignment with our values and its foundation in research and data to help us be a great place to work for all. While we certainly identified opportunities for improvement, it is so exciting and validating to receive high scores from our employees across all demographics.”
The ability to work with a multitude of people from project to project rather than being assigned to one team or department. There are a lot of opportunities for training (such as LinkedIn Learning and certifications), and there is reimbursement and bonuses for certification programs.
